I’m out of patience with this. The delivery was late again, and there was barely any proper update, so I was just left waiting around with no clue what was going on. Really frustrating.

I ended up trying to return my order because it didn’t fit, the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The return instructions weren’t very clear, and it took forever to get an actual helpful response.

I’ve already sent the item back, but I’m still waiting on my refund. I had to follow up more than once and kept getting the same vague reply, so yeah, I wouldn’t order from them again...

I ordered from l-n-w.com because the product page seemed straightforward, like I knew what I was getting. But when it arrived, it was a little different than I expected... not wildly different, just enough to notice.

The size and material info didn’t really line up with what was listed. I actually had to look back at the page to make sure they sent the right thing? It wasn’t useless or anything, but it definitely felt off.

Shipping was fine, no big issues there. Still, I think they need to be way more precise with their descriptions! I’d probably be more careful before ordering from them again

To be fair, I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication was really frustrating. I didn’t get any replies, and the tracking just stayed stuck in the same place for days, so I had no idea what was going on.

I was already feeling mentally drained when this arrived, and opening the box just made it worse. It came in this flimsy, thin box with barely any protection inside, and the whole package was bent up. One of the items ended up damaged, which was really frustrating considering what I paid. It just felt careless. I probably won’t order again unless they seriously improve the packaging

I tried browsing the site on my phone for maybe a few minutes and got frustrated quickly. The menus felt kind of clunky, some pages seemed to load oddly, and it took way longer than expected to find what I was looking for

I tried ordering from l-n-w.com, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card details. It didn’t show any clear error or explain what happened, it just booted me back like nothing went through. Then I was left wondering if I’d been charged or not, which is super frustrating. I emailed about it too, but the replies felt like a robot was answering with copy-paste lines instead of actually reading what I said. In the end, I gave up and bought the item somewhere else.

I had a feeling this was going to be overpriced, it kind of proved me right. For what you actually get, the price just feels way too high. I kept looking for a reason to justify it, but I really couldn’t.

I’m sure I received the wrong items in my order. Maybe it was just a mix-up, but this has happened before, so I’m not too eager to order again.

I ordered from l-n-w.com the quality was disappointing. It looked a lot cheaper in person than it did in the photos, and it felt flimsy the second I took it out of the box. After only using it a couple of times, it was already starting to show wear, which is ridiculous for the price. I expected way better and probably won’t be ordering again
